Bark, Mulch, and Compost

This is our most popular bark! It has nice orange/brown/red color tones. It adds a great texture in your flower beds with its mix of fines and nugget sized pieces of bark. Out of all of our barks, the Medium Fir does the best job at keeping weeds down.

This product is ran through a 3/8″ screen, creating a mostly fine, fir bark. Once rained on, some of the 3/8″ pebbles come to the surface giving a nice fine pebbled texture to your garden beds. We recommend this product as a good weed suppressant as it does not have any nutrients added in and is fine enough to smother weeds. 

Engineered Cedar Play Chips are certified and perfect for playgrounds!  They are naturally splinter resistant, screened to a comfortable 1.5" in size, and smell amazing.  Get them while you can! This product will only be around for a limited time!

This product is our darkest and finest bark we carry. It is made from recycled forest products that have been ground and left to cook for months giving it it’s beautiful, dark color. We then screen the Dark Fine through 3/8” screens to capture the smallest fines and remove any large pieces of wood. This is bark has little nutritional value for those looking for a dark product that can suppress weeds.

This chipped cedar is 2" - 4” in size and is naturally splinter resistant. It is great for play areas or around any plants that love acidic soil such as blueberries, rhododendrons and other evergreen plants.

Natural Mulch is a  lighter colored mulch  made with finely shredded natural wood mulch that we run through our 3/8" screen! Great for an affordable beauty bark and to suppress weeds! 

 Coarse Fir is very similar to Medium Fir. The only difference is the Coarse Fir has been screened to remove the smallest pieces. This bark will last longer as it has larger chunks of wood and very few fines. 

 Nugget Bark is back by popular demand! This product is screened so only the 1 - 2" nuggets remain. Along with having a very clean appearance, nugget bark is the longest lasting ground cover we have to offer. This bark also provides great weed suppression  since there are no fines present. 

Medium Mulch is a darker-toned mulch made with larger pieces of shredded natural wood mulch running around 1-2" in size but without small fines! Great for an affordable beauty bark and to suppress weeds! This product can be used for a variety of projects! Garden pathways, weed suppression, or soaking up wet areas! 

Large Hog Fuel is made from shredded logs and stumps that can be used for a variety of projects! Garden pathways, weed suppression, or to soak up wet areas!
